Emergency Medicine Training Implementation Group

NSW IMET has established the Emergency Medicine Training Implementation Group (EMTIG).  The primary function of the EMTIG is to promote high quality Emergency Medicine training in NSW and to provide oversight for the implementation of Emergency Training Networks in NSW. 

NSW IMET is pleased to announce that Dr Jon Hayman has been appointed as Chair of the EMTIG.  Representatives are currently being appointed from NSW Health, Area Health Services, the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine, Emergency Medicine Trainees, Directors of Emergency Medicine Training, Emergency Medicine Department Heads, a rural representative, and IMET.
