NSW IMET is proud to announce that Dr Greg Keogh, Deputy Director of NSW IMET is the 2008 recipient of the prestigious Geoff Marel Medal, for his contribution to the advancement of prevocational medical education and training.  NSW IMET congratulates Dr Keogh on this outstanding achievement.

Dr Stephanie Arnold is the winner of the inaugural National Junior Doctor Award for 2008 for her significant contribution to medical education and training.  In 2007, Dr Arnold was the Co-Chair of the NSW JMO Forum and has continued to support prevocational training in 2008 as the Chair of the NSW Prevocational Trainees Committee (NSW JMO Forum Executive Committee) and as an active member of the NSW Prevocational Training Council.
