Cardiology Trainees’ Committee

The Trainees’ Committee is an advisory body of the NSW Cardiology Training Committee. Each of the six training networks is represented on the Trainees’ Committee.

The role of the Trainees’ Committee:

  • Provide trainees with a forum in which they can discuss training issues amongst themselves.
  • Provide an important liaison between the Cardiology Training Committee (CTC), the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) and advanced training networks/programs.
  • Ensure fair and equitable representation of advanced trainees on the Cardiology Training Committee.

If you are interested in representing your network or would like more information on the Trainees’ Committee, please contact Jennie McGhie on jmcghie@Imet.health.nsw.gov.au or (02) 9844-6521.
