RACP Physician Education Program

Each of the Networks have developed training programs which include exam preparation and professional development. In addition, trainees have access to a national video-conferenced lecture series.

What is in a Network Training Program?

Each Network training program has the following elements:

  • Clinical training across a number of sites
    - Trainees undertake training in a range of terms across the hospitals within the Network
    - Utilise the strengths and opportunities provided at each site
  • Formal exam preparation program
    - Could be supra-regional, state-wide or national if through the College
    - Make use of technology to deliver training to all sites in the network
  • Professional Development Program
    - Teaching on the Run
    - Communication skills
    - Leadership
    - Management
